Connecting my Virtue III to my computer

At first I thought it was because I was using the wrong cable and, sure enough, when I used the Virtue III cable from the box, the pull down menu that allowed me to select USB for charging only or for syncing worked properly.  It had not allowed me to select anything up till then.  Unfortunately, my computer says there is no driver for the Virtue III and I am unable to transfer music or files to and from the phone.  Has anyone found a solution to this problem?  Thanks.  Pat

Thank you very much for your post, MIke.  When I access the ticket, I do not get files that allow me to communicate with my computer.  Support:  If the software exists for this, please post if somewhere.  Thank you.   

A few days ago my Virtue III was finally able to download a driver when connected via USB. Previously Windows7 reported that drivers could not be found.
